Heritage Vision Care is a full-scope optometry clinic that provides care for all ages, from pediatrics to seniors. We have been serving the community of Edmonton since 2002, giving us 24+ years of experience in eye care. Meet the Doctors

Dr. Balraj Kullar
Dr. Balraj Kullar is an Optometrist with over 20 years of experience in clinical practice. Known for his deep expertise in complex ocular health, he has successfully completed advanced clinical rotations at prestigious institutions including the Albert Einstein Hospital, Moore Eye Institute, and The Eye Institute (TEl), where he gained specialized experience in retina, neuro, glaucoma, and ocular disease. Dr. Kullar earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta before pursuing his Doctor of Optometry at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where he was recognized with an Academic Award of Excellence from NOSA. He is passionate about providing comprehensive eye care to his home community in Edmonton and staying at the forefront of diagnostic advancements. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Kullar can be found spending time with his family, traveling or exploring the mountains for hiking, skiing, and enjoying nature.

Dr. Hafsa Nasser
Dr. Nasser is a University of Alberta alumnus and licensed optometrist, certified to practice in both Canada and the United States. Prior to completing her doctorate, she conducted paediatric research with the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Nasser is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care with a focus on both prevention and disease management. Her research thesis, which examines emerging pharmaceutical and refractive approaches to myopia management and control, reflects her interest in evidence-based eye care and ocular disease management. She completed advanced clinical training at Sharper Vision, Bronx Eye Associates and New York Retina Group, specializing in primary eye care, glaucoma management, ocular emergencies, trauma and complex retinal disease. Dr. Nasser has worked alongside ophthalmologists in Alberta, managing cataracts and orbital disease, before returning to comprehensive primary eye care in Edmonton. She is a member of the Alberta Association of Optometrists and the Alberta College of Optometrists, Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Nasser enjoys travelling and has a strong interest in health and wellness.
